Don't recommended to anybody after what they did to me and my husband!

We have the worst and rude experience ever in our lives, this was Beyond nightmare experiences with this business.
Beware families and friends!
If you are a first home buyer I don't recommend you guys to go with this business they are very good at false advertising and misleading information.

Lucky I find out everything before they start the construction on my land otherwise I will end up losing more moneys with this business!

Totally disgusting!!

When I requested to get my deposit back because of what they were doing to me and my husband.
We were told out of our 5% towards the house of $252,000.00
We can only get $100 back which it was ridiculous
And yes beyond worst!!
Lucky I applied for VCAT to step in, best decision I ever made!
Got all my deposit back not even a cent left with them!

Beware of Jason Dhi who claim to be the owner of RIC Build which it's not true at all!
My husband and I was told by him that he's the director of RIC Build and he owns it. But he never did show us his business card!

When we first meet him he claim to be a staff member from the finance side of the business to help with his customer loan! After what happened to us we were refer to him and that's when he told us that he was the owner of Ric Build!
Well just let me tell the truth to everyone on here that he's is such a loser and a fake person.

Lucky when I took my case to VCAT, on the hearing day the owner turn out to be someone else not him.
When I spoke to the real owner of RIC Build he told me that Jason was not the owner of RIC Build but he is with RIC Homes which it's the sale part of the business.
When I told him about my situation he told me that he knew nothing and only find out the last minute.

Every time when I requested to see a relevant person or someone from RIC homes a sale person called Stephen Beazley will only direct me to This Jason guy only!
Which he didn't do anything to help apart from being rude and unprofessional towards me. Can't believe it
took RIC Homes and me and my husband 6months down the road and nothing was solve!!

Beware of this sale person called Stephen Beazley. This guys was the one we do all our contract with! And was told it was only for bank purposes!
We were also given misleading information from him and didn't know to the last minute!

Beware he use a lot of misleading information for his customer and his excuses was
I was just following all the ex employees
I was just doing what I was told, I didn't give you any false information.
When I asked for those employees he told my husband and me that they all were fired.

When I asked to see the manager
The manager called khyuen walks in the room and told us that Stephen Beazley will be the new manager from now on. Worst part was Stephen Beazley didn't even know what's going on and have that look on his face when Khyuen promoted him as manager right in front of our faces.
Then I was told by Khyuen that from now on we can deal with Stephen Beazley and not him.

I personally feel that it was so rude and unprofessional towards my husband and me, it's not even a moment to promoted their employees in a customer meeting.
This is only a small part of what happened to me
But I will leave it for now.

Anyone needs to know what they really do and how their false information works can contact me!
I'm more then happy to give you what I have experience with this business!

P.S. Becareful with their house contract don't listen to what they said, read carefully through the contract!

Another thing is I don't know why Jason keeps on reviewing thierself with 5 star, again in here and in your fb!
It's ridiculous!
It's supposed to be for ur customer not you and your employees to put in a 5 star!
A fake person will always remind fake I guess!
You won't success far if this is your attitude towards your customer and the way you act towards me please don't act or do to your future customer or you will end up having no customer at all!!!
